SPU Flight Academy, the trading name of Svensk Pilotutbildning AB, is a Swedish approved training organisation that has trained airline pilots since 1989. Its integrated ATPL(A) programme takes students with no previous flying experience to an EASA CPL with a multi-engine instrument rating and ATPL theory credit, including MCC on an Airbus A320 simulator. Administration and simulator training are based at Säve in Gothenburg, while flight training takes place at Lidköping-Hovby Airport in Diamond DA40 and DA42 aircraft. The programme is run as a higher vocational education (YH) course with an annual August intake. SPU also offers integrated helicopter CPL training.
